Q: What does my Residence Experience Package fee include?
The Residence Experience Package fee-ranging from $27,500 to $31,500 USD based on room type selected and availability-includes the following amenities for two people:

  • Chauffeured Range Rover airport transfers (from MRY, SFO or SJC) starting on August 12 through August 17, and shuttle/shared transportation throughout Monterey Car Week arranged onsite with the transportation team.
  • A five-night stay at the Range Rover Residence, located at the Stilwell Hotel in downtown Carmel, arriving August 12 and checking out August 17
  • Your choice of room type (prices vary and based on availability), ranging from a King Suite, Balcony King, Deluxe King, King and Double Queen
  • Curated culinary experiences, including an exclusive Welcome Dinner on Wednesday, August 12, and daily breakfast
  • VIP access to Range Rover House activities, including the new late-night lounge
  • Access to premier automotive events, including admission for two to The Quail: A Motorsports Gathering and the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance
  • Off-road driving at the Land Rover Experience Driving School located at The Quail. Participants must be age 21+ to drive and have a valid driver’s license. Drive experiences will be scheduled on Friday, August 14.
  • Bespoke design and commissioning appointments available during your stay
  • Additional special programming and surprises throughout the week

Q: What payment methods are accepted for the program fee?
Within 24 hours of your request, the program concierge will send instructions via email to pay your package fee by ACH transfer or by credit card. You will have three business days to make your payment. If payment is not received during this time your package will be released. Packages are not considered final until payment is received.

Q: Are travel arrangements included with my reservation?
Participants are responsible for round trip travel expenses to the Monterey or San Francisco area. Airport transfers from MRY, SFO or SJC are included in your package starting on August 12 through August 17, as well as shuttle/shared transportation throughout Car Week.

Q: If I choose to drive to the Monterey area, is there parking available at Range Rover Residence?
Residence Experience Packages include one parking space at Range Rover Residence for those who are driving to the area.

Q: How old do you have to be to stay at Range Rover Residence?
We prefer participants to be over age 21 to take full advantage of the experiences and amenities included in the package. Please note that younger guests may not be able to participate in all activities, including the Welcome Dinner, access to the late-night lounge and the off-road driving experience.

Q: What is the overall schedule for the 6 days?
Most of your time will be at your leisure to enjoy Monterey Car Week. You can plan on the following:

  • If you are driving in for the week, you are welcome to arrive at The Residence at Range Rover House on August 12 after 4:00pm for check-in. If you are flying into the area and would like an airport transfer, you can arrange this with our concierge. Airport transfers are available starting August 12 and continue through August 17.
  • There is a welcome dinner for The Residence at Range Rover House guests the evening of Wednesday, August 12.
  • You can arrange for your Range Rover off-road drive experience at The Quail during the day on Friday, August 14. Experiences last about an hour. You will also have admission for two for The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering scheduled this same day from 9am-4pm.
  • You will have admission for two to the Pebble Beach Concours on Sunday, August 15 (including hospitality).
  • Plan to check-out of The Residence at Range Rover House on August 17 by 12:00pm.

Q: I am flying into the area prior to August 12, can I still take advantage of an airport transfer?
Please contact the program concierge with all special requests and we will do our best to accommodate.

Q: How many people can stay in the hotel room provided?
Residence Experience Packages are curated exclusively for 2 people. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate more than 2 people in a room during your stay at Range Rover Residence.

Q: What if my plans change?
If your plans change and you need to discuss canceling your package, please send an email to reservations@rsvplandrover.com.

Q: What is the refund policy for the Residence Experience Package?
Packages are non-refundable once payment is received. If your plans change, we will make every effort to resell your package and refund you accordingly minus any administration fees. Packages are non-transferable.
